NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 12th day of April 1972, presented to the said Supreme
Court by PHOTO ENGRAVERS LIMITED, of Auckland, photo
engravers. And that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 10th day of May
1972, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for
the same.

the 10th day of April 1972, presented to the said Court by
the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE, at Masterton. And
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Wellington on the 31st day of May 1972 at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said

KIWITEA COUNTY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP
OLD ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kiwitea County Council
intends to take the lands described in the First Schedule
hereto, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928 and its amendments, and construct a road thereon.

Notice is also hereby given that the Kiwitea County Council
proposes to stop the old road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.

Copies of the plan defining the said lands and the said old
road (S.O. plan 28052) are deposited at the office of the
Kiwitea County Council, Kimbolton, and at the offices of the
Council’s solicitors, Messrs. Haggitt, Elliott, Fawcett, and
Abraham, Fergusson Street, Feilding, and are there open for
inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. Every person
affected, who may wish to object to the taking of the said
land, or the construction of the said road, or to the stopping
of the old road, is required to set forth his objection in
writing (not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation) and to send the written objection within 40
days from the first publication of this notice, namely, not later
than the 6th day of June 1972, to the County Clerk, Kiwitea
County Council, Box 6, Kimbolton.

If any objection to the taking of the land described in the
First Schedule or to the construction of a road thereon shall
be received, a public hearing of the objection will be heard,
unless the objector otherwise requires. Each objector will be
advised of the time and place of the hearing.

If any objection is received to the proposal to stop the old
road described in the Second Schedule, a public meeting of
ratepayers of the district will be called to decide whether or not
the old road shall be stopped.
