- (a) This notice may be cited as the Controlled (Non-Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971, Amendment No. 8, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Controlled (Non-Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 24th day of April 1972. - The Third Schedule of the principal notice is hereby amended by inserting the following name:

The public inquiry advertised in Notice No. 265 in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 April 1972 has now been postponed until Tuesday, 1 August 1972. The venue will be as in Notice No. 265 (the Hearing Room, Eighth Floor, Cumberland House, Upper Willis Street, Wellington) and the hearing will commence at 10.30 a.m.
