The roll will be available for public inspection for a period
of 7 days from 17 May 1972, during which period any person
may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing,
under his hand, to any entry on the roll.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of
the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of
Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of
the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 14th day of
June 1972.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed
Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the Otago Coal Miners Industrial Union of Workers,
Registered No. 829, situated at Poole Street, Kaitangata, will,
unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the
expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this
notice in the Gazette.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed
Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the Canterbury Bacon Curers Industrial Union of
Employers, Registered No. 1741, situated at 220 High Street,
Christchurch, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be
cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the
publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Revoking Foreshore Licence Authorising North Barrier
Residents and Ratepayers Association to Occupy a Site for a
Stock Loading Ramp at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Depart-
ment, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
hereby gives notice that the licence of 11 May 1966* authoris-
ing M. T. Burrill Ltd., Frederick Leslie Mabey, Murray John
Mabey, Irene Amy Francis Hale, Reginald Garth Cooper, and
Patricia Mavis Cooper, acting as trustees for the Port Fitzroy
Stock Loading Committee, to use and occupy part of the
foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Fitzroy at Great Barrier
Island as a site for a stock loading ramp (which licence was
subsequently amended and assigned on 9 July 1971† to North
Barrier Reisidents and Ratepayers Association (Inc.)) is hereby
revoked.

Price Order No. 2191 (Importers', Wholesalers', and Retailers'
Margins)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, and to paragraph
(c) of subclause (1) of regulation 4 of the Stabilisation of
Prices Regulations 1972, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the
following price order:

PRELIMINARY

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2191 and
    shall come into force on the 27th day of April 1972.

  2. “Base price” for the purpose of this price order has the
    same meaning as in the Stabilisation of Prices Regulations

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

  1. This order shall apply to the goods specified in the
    Schedule hereto.

FIXING MAXIMUM IMPORTERS’, WHOLESALERS’, AND RETAILERS’
MARGINS ON GOODS TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES

  1. Any importer, wholesaler, or retailer may sell any goods
    specified in the Schedule at such price other than the base price
    as will enable him to recover an amount not exceeding the
    into-store cost to him of the goods, together with a mark-up
    at the rate which he could lawfully add to the amount of the
    into-store costs to him of goods of the same kind as at the 31st
    day of March 1972, or, in the case of any importer, wholesaler,
    or retailer who was not engaged in the business of selling goods
    of the same kind on that date, as at the date on which he
    commenced to sell such goods, or such other mark-up as is
    approved by the Price Tribunal.
