NOTE—When issued, this amendment will provide for the use of the word “control” as an alternative for the word “controller” in the marking clause.
3614/270 Draft amendment to NZS 3614: 1971, Manufacture of construction plywood.

NOTE—When issued, this amendment will provide an additional requirement for scarf joints in plywood.

All persons who may be affected by these amendments and who desire to comment thereon, may, upon application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, New Zealand Display Centre Building, Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington 1.

The closing date for receipt of comment is 12 May 1972.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated:

Number and Title of Specification

DZ 4431/272 Code of practice for earth fill for residential development (with which is bound DZ 1900.3/271, draft amendment to NZS 1900: Chapter 3: 1964, Model building bylaw—general requirements).

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, upon application, obtain a copy on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, New Zealand Display Centre Building, Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington 1. Additional copies are obtainable at 50c a copy from the same address.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 22 May 1972.
