licensees, which term shall include their administrators,
executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the Taieri River at Taieri Mouth as shown on plan
marked M.D. 10257 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
    tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
    as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day
    of December 1971.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two dollars
    ($2) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
    ten dollars ($10).

Reserve Bank of New Zealand hereby gives the following

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Controlled (Non-
    Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971, Amendment No. 7,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Con-
    trolled (Non-Resident) Accounts Notice (No. 2) 1971* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 12th day of
    April 1972.

  2. The Third Schedule of the principal notice is hereby
    amended by inserting the following name:

imported eggs and poultry under the Animals Act 1967, the
land specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be
a quarantine area for a period of 6 months from the date of
notification in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 7 acres 3 roods 25 perches,
more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 10420, being
portions of allotments 96, 96D of Suburbs of Tuakau, and
also allotments 51, 52B, 96A and part of allotment 97B of

Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry in terms
of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961 and its amend-
ments, and to report in terms of section 10D of that Act, con-
cerning the following goods:

  1. Tableware and other articles of a kind commonly used
    for domestic or toilet purposes, of porcelain or china (includ-
    ing biscuit porcelain and parian) falling within Tariff Heading
    69.11.

  2. Tableware and other articles of a kind commonly used for
    domestic or toilet purposes, of other kinds of pottery falling
    within Tariff Heading 69.12.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received
for temporary protection, in terms of the Tariff and Develop-
ment Board Amendment Act 1967, for the following goods:

Tariff Item Goods

53.11.009 Union fabrics composed of wool and cotton, the
current domestic value of which does not exceed
that specified by the Minister, to be cut up and
made into shirts, pyjamas, nightgowns, or under-
clothing, under such conditions as the Minister
may prescribe.

55.09.101 Union fabrics composed of cotton and wool, the
current domestic value of which does not exceed
that specified by the Minister, to be cut up and
made into shirts, pyjamas, nightgowns, or under-
clothing, under such conditions as the Minister
may prescribe.

Section XI Union textiles composed of wool and man-made
fibres and/or cotton, the current domestic value
of which, expressed in New Zealand currency,
does not exceed $1.12 per yd², to be cut up and
made into shirts, pyjamas, nightgowns, or under-
clothing, under such conditions as the Minister
may prescribe.
