PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, become county road.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Mararoa Survey District, and Block I, Te Anau Survey District, commencing at the easternmost end of Kakopo Road, as delineated on S.O. 6801, and proceeding north-easterly generally for a distance of 70.5 chains, and terminating at the eastern bank of the Whitestone River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26124 (S.O. 8001) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
