MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCILPURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER1. This Order may be cited as the Whangamomona Pest Destruction District Order 1972.2. The boundaries of the Whangamomona Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 22nd day of February 1926*, are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULEBOUNDARIES OF WHANGAMOMONA PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICTALL that area in the Taranaki Land District being portions of the Stratford and Taumarunui Counties containing 297,440 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 36, Block VI, Ngatimaru Survey District, being a point on the confiscation line; thence north-easterly along the confiscation line to the south-western boundary of Section 11, Block XV, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence along that boundary to and along the western boundary of the said Section 11 and its production to the northern side of Tirangi Road; thence north-westerly along the northern side of that road to the western boundary of Section 9, Block XV, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence northerly generally along the western boundaries of the said Section 9, and Section 1, Block XVI, Upper Waitara Survey District, to the south-western boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, aforesaid; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the eastern boundary of the said Section 2; thence northerly along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Section 8, Block XII, Upper Waitara Survey District, and its production to the northern side of Mangere Road; thence westerly along the northern side of Mangere Road to the eastern boundary of
