The Traffic (Kiwitea County) Notice No. 1, 1972

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kiwitea County) Notice No. 1, 1972.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

3. The notice under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 26th day of April 1962, which relates to Kiwitea County at Rangiwahia* is hereby revoked.

Declaration that the Titahi Bay Domain shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Titahi Bay Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, in trust, for recreation purposes.
