Declaring a Right of Way Easement Over Land Taken for a Lighthouse in Block VII, Otama Survey District, Coromandel County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement is hereby taken for a lighthouse over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to construct and maintain the said right of way, together with the full free right and liberty for Her Majesty’s servants, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, agents, visitors, and licensees (in common with all other persons from time to time lawfully entitled to use the same) at all times, by day or by night, with or without vehicles, machines, tools, and equipment, to go, pass, and repass along, over, upon, and through the said right of way, from and after the 24th day of January 1972.
