along the north-western boundaries of Sections 339, 340, and 343, the southern
and eastern boundaries of Section 344, the eastern, northern, and western
boundaries of Section 348, Hutt District, the northern boundary of Section 35,
Horokiwi Road District to the north-eastern corner of that section; thence south-
westerly along the western boundaries of Sections 35, 34, 33, and 39, Horokiwi
Road District, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 40, Takapu
District to the northernmost corner of that section; thence north-westerly along
a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 26453; thence generally
northerly along the eastern boundary of that lot, a right line to the southernmost
corner of Lot 124, D.P. 27681, northerly along the eastern boundaries of the
land shown on D.P. 27681 and D.P. 27682 and the production of that boundary
to the northern side of Warspite Avenue; thence westerly along that northern
side to the easternmost corner of Lot 57, D.P. 25957; thence generally northerly
along the eastern boundaries of Lots 57, 55-51 inclusive and its production to
and along the eastern boundary of Lots 50-38 inclusive, D.P. 25957 to the
northernmost corner of the said Lot 38; thence along the middle of a closed road
shown on S.O. Plan 27090 to its northernmost corner; thence along a right line
bearing 349° true for approximately 30 chains to the middle of a cul-de-sac;
thence generally north-easterly along the middle of the said cul-de-sac to the
middle of Warspite Avenue, along the middle of Warspite Avenue, Desert Gold
Street, and Conclusion Street to its intersection with the stream which runs
through part Lot 3, D.P. 2544, part sections 100 and 101, Porirua District, Lots
1 and 2, D.P. 26571; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of the
said stream to the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 26571; thence north-westerly
along that boundary to the northernmost corner of the said Lot 2; thence due
west to the mean high-water mark of the Porirua Harbour; thence generally
north-easterly and north-westerly along that water mark and generally north-
easterly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to the point of commence-
ment, including Kapiti Island.

PORIRUA

ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing near Green Point at the western-
most corner of Lot 2, D.P. 752, Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District and
proceeding generally north-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea
and the Porirua Harbour to the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District
of Kapiti hereinbefore described; thence generally south-easterly along that
boundary to the northernmost corner of Section 331, Hutt District; thence south-
westerly along the north-western boundary of that section, Sections 330 and 329,
Hutt District and continuing along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 27,
26, 25, 24, 22, 21, 20, and 16, Horokiwi Road District, to the production of a
right line between Trig. Station No. 3, situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey
District, and Trig. Station Magee, situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey
District; thence westerly to and along that right line and its production to the
middle of the No. 1 State Highway; thence northerly along that highway to a
point in line with the southern boundary of Section 39, Porirua District; thence
westerly along that southern boundary to the north-eastern corner of Lot 2,
D.P. 20867, crossing the intervening North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence
south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 20867, to
and north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1 to a
point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5; D.P. 16632; thence south-
westerly to and along that south-eastern boundary and westerly along the
southern boundaries of Lot 5 aforesaid, and Lot 1, D.P. 16632, and the southern
boundary of the part Section 34, Porirua District, comprised in certificate of
title, Volume 821, folio 90, to the south-western corner of that part; thence
generally northerly along the western boundary of part Section 34 aforesaid, the
southern and western boundaries of Section 36, and the western boundaries of
Section 38 and part Section 41, all the aforesaid sections being of Porirua
District, the southern, western, and north-western boundaries of the land shown
on plan D.514 lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar, to the northern
boundary of Lot 190, as shown on plan D.514, along that boundary and its
production to the western boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 16081, along that boundary
and the western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 16081, the northern boundaries of
Lots 4, 3, and 2, D.P. 16081, to and along the western boundary of the land
shown on D.P. 10265 to the north-western corner of Lot 307, D.P. 10265; thence
generally north-easterly along right lines parallel to, and distant 250 links in a
north-westerly direction from, the north-western side of Chester Road to a point
on the production of the northern boundary of Lot 97, D.P. 10265; thence
easterly along that production to the western boundary of the land shown on
D.P. 10265; thence generally northerly along the said western boundary to the
north-western corner of Lot 233, D.P. 10265; thence generally northerly along
the right lines bearing 279° 32' 20" distance 225.76 links, bearing 339° 50'
distance 975.76 links, bearing 88° 39' 20" distance 621.77 links, and a right line
bearing 22° 05' to a point on the right line bearing 9° 32' from the north-western
corner of Lot 233, aforesaid; thence northerly along the right line aforesaid,
bearing 9° 32' to the southern boundary of Section 49, Porirua District; thence
westerly along that southern boundary and the generally north-eastern boundaries
of the land as shown on D.P. 9126, to the northernmost corner of that land;
thence generally northerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, plan
B/271, and Sections 40, 39, and 38, Ohariu District, the south-western boundary
of Wairere 2E2, and the eastern boundaries of Wairere 2E2, 2D, 2C, 2B, and 2A,
