of Aotea Harbour and proceeding generally northerly along the mean high-water
mark of the sea to the mouth of the Kaawa Stream, being a point on the southern
boundary of the Electoral District of Franklin, hereinbefore described; thence
generally north-easterly along that southern boundary, to the middle of the
Waikato River; thence south-easterly up the middle of that river to and up the
middle of the channel between Allotments 10 (Taipouri Island) and 11 (Motukorea Island), Whangape Parish, and again up the middle of that river to a point
in line with the south-western side of Russells Road situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District; thence south-easterly along that roadside to a point 427
links from the northernmost corner of Allotment 14, Taupiri Parish; thence
north-easterly along a right line across that road to the northernmost corner
of Lot 23, D.P. 23455; thence generally south-easterly along the south-western
boundary of part Allotment 15, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 631,
folio 258, along a right line across Ralphs Road to and along the south-western
side of a railway to the intersection of the south-western boundary of Allotment

the north-eastern end of an intersecting public road to the easternmost corner
of the said part Allotment 6, along the north-western side of a public road
forming the north-western boundary of part Allotment 5, and along the north-eastern end of that road to and along the south-western side of a railway to the
junction of the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 5; thence south-westerly
generally along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said part
Allotment 5, and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 41 and 37, D.P. S. 1158,
and the last-named boundary produced across Kimihia Road to the easternmost
corner of Allotment 690, along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Allotment
and part Allotment 306, and that last-named boundary produced to the intersection of a right line between the southernmost corner of Lot 14, D.P. 23553,
at the intersection of the western side of Russells Roads with the northern side

17, D.P. 20686, and that boundary produced across Upland Road, Lot 14, D.P.
29455, and a public road to the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 11170; thence
southerly along the said eastern boundary, the eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2,
D.P. 28445, Lots 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, and 164, D.P. 350, the eastern
end of Jackson's Road, Lots 5 and 4, D.P. 875, Lots 2, 3, and part 4, D.P. 23589,
Lot 2, D.P. 35495, Lots 6 and part 7, D.P. 23589, to the south-eastern corner
of the said part Lot 7; thence westerly along the southern boundary of that lot,
to and along the southern end of a public road, a right line crossing the North
Island main trunk railway and Great South Road (National State Highway No.
1), to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 1463, and Lot 1,
D.P. S. 2873, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle of the
Waikato River; thence southerly up the middle of that river to a point on a right
line between the southernmost corner of Allotment 36, Parish of Waipa, and the
south-western corner of Suburban Section North No. 93, Town of Newcastle;
thence south-easterly along that right line to and along the southern boundary
of the last-mentioned section by a right line across a public road to the south-western corner of Section 96; thence along the south-western boundary of the
said Section 96 and that boundary produced across a public road and Section 97
to the south-western corner of Section 102, along the south-western boundary of
the last-mentioned section to the southern corner; thence along a right line across
the North Island main trunk railway to the south-western corner of Section 149;
thence along the north-western boundaries of the said Section 149 and Section
150 to the south-western corner of Section 151; thence along the south-western
boundaries of the said Section 151 and Section 158, the boundary of the last-mentioned section produced; across a public road, and along the south-western
boundaries of Sections 177 and 184, the crossing of a public road along the south-western boundary of Section 193 to the southern corner of that section: thence
south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 201, 202, and
203 to and along a public road forming the south-western boundary of Section
190 to the production of the north-western boundary of Section 213,
across a public road to that boundary, and along the north-western boundaries
of the said Section 213 and Section 222, all of Suburban North, Town of Newcastle, and that last boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River;
thence south-easterly along the middle of that river to and along the western,
south-western, and south-eastern boundaries of the Electoral District of Hamilton
West, hereinbefore described, to and again along the middle of the Waikato River
to a point in line with the production of the eastern boundary of Allotment 20B,
Pukekura Parish; thence generally southerly to and along that boundary, a right
line across the Te Awamutu-Cambridge Road, to and along the eastern
boundaries of Allotments 21A and 21 Pukekura Parish, the eastern end of a
public road, the eastern boundaries of Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 3517, a right
line across Lamb Street to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S.
278, part Allotment 26, Pukekura Parish, and Lot 2, D.P. 4699, to the south-western corner of Lot A, D.P. 3117; thence easterly along the southern boundaries
of Lots A, A1, A2, and A3, D.P. 3117, part Lot B2 and parts Lot B1, and Lots
B and C, all of D.P. 3295, and that last boundary produced to the eastern side
of the Cambridge Roto-o-rangi Main Road; thence southerly along that roadside
to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 33439; thence easterly along the
northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 33439, and that last boundary produced
to an angle, being the southern end of that portion of the generally southern
boundary of part Allotment 171, Pukekura Parish, comprised in certificate of
