S. 2421, along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, D.P. S. 2421, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot and westerly along a right line crossing part of Allotment 63, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 9024, to a point on the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 63, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 11686, 400 links distant south-easterly from the south-eastern side of Thomas Road; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the south-eastern side of Thomas Road; thence along a right line crossing the said road to a point on its north-western side 291 links distant south-westerly from the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7236; thence along a right line at right angles to Thomas Road through part Allotment 61, Pukete Parish, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7236; thence generally northerly along a right line to and along the last-mentioned boundary along the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 34866, and its production across Rotokauri Road and part Allotment 50, Pukete Parish, to the western boundary of Allotment 49, Pukete Parish, along that boundary and along the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4195, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 26629, along a right line across part of Allotment 48, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 3396, to and along the last-mentioned boundary and along the southern boundary of part Allotment 209 as shown on D.P. 6887 and that last-named boundary produced to the western side of the public road forming the western boundary of the said part Allotment 209; thence northerly along the western side of that road and its production across a public road to the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence north-westerly along that south-western side to and north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Church Road crossing the intervening railway and National State Highway No. 1 to and easterly along the northern boundaries of part Allotments 19 and 20, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 12039, part Lots 4 and 3 Deeds Plan 346, and along the northern boundary of Allotment 21, Pukete Parish, and that last-named boundary produced to the eastern side of Pukete Road; thence northerly along that eastern roadside and its production across part Allotment 23B, Pukete Parish, to the point of commencement.
HAMILTON EAST
All that piece bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the middle of the Waikato River and the middle of the Kirikiriroa Stream, in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly up the middle of that stream to a point due north of the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 13544; thence due south to the aforesaid corner; thence generally south-easterly along the northern boundaries of the said Lot 2, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 8603, to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 12521, to the northern side of Crosby Road, along a right line across the said road to the westernmost corner of part Lot 5, D.P. 12521, north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Crosby Road to a point 225 links distant from and measured at right angles to the northern side of a public road connecting Crosby Road with Tramway Road, along a series of right lines parallel to the northern side of the said public road and the northern side of Carrs Road to a point in line with the eastern end of the said road; thence southerly along a right line, to and along the said eastern end of Carrs Road, crossing Lot 1, D.P. 12771, to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 4 and Lot 5, a right line crossing part Lot 2, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, all the said lots being of D.P. 12771, to the northern side of Alderson Road, easterly along that roadside and northerly and easterly along the western and northern boundaries of Lot 29, D.P. 16401, along the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 24745, to and easterly along the northern side of Powells Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 7, D.P. S. 5308, southerly along a right line across the said road to and along the said eastern boundary and westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 of the said D.P. S. 5308, and the southern boundaries of Lots 36 and 35, D.P. 16401, to a point 300 links distant from and measured at right angles to the eastern side of Tramway Road; thence southerly along a series of right lines parallel to the said road and Bisley Road, and that right line produced to the southern side of the Thames Branch Railway, westerly along that southern side to a point in line with the western boundary of part Allotment 304, as shown on S.O. Plan 32792, and southerly along a right line crossing another part Allotment 304, to and along the said western boundary and the western boundary of part Allotments 304 and 223A shown on S.O. Plan 32394 (Water Power Development, New Zealand Gazette, 1946, page 4), a right line crossing part Allotment 223A, (Agricultural College and Model Farm, New Zealand Statutes, 1901, page 276), to and along the western boundary of another part Allotment 223A, shown on S.O. Plan 32394, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle of State Farm Road; thence generally south-easterly along the middle of that road, Hillcrest Road, and Silverdale Road, to the middle of Carrington Avenue; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of that avenue, Masters Avenue, Morris Road, Morrinsville Road, Cambridge Road, and Cobham Drive to a point in line with the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 32 and 33, Hamilton East Town Belt; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Waikato River; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
