ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of Tamaki Drive due north of the western side of Ngapipi Road at Hobson Point, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Remuera, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally easterly along the mean high-water mark of the Waitemata Harbour and generally southerly along the left bank of the Tamaki River to the middle of the mouth of the Omaru Creek; thence generally westerly up the middle of that creek to the middle of Maybury Street; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of Maybury Street, Line Road, Point England Road, and Merton Road to the middle of the Auckland-Westfield Railway, being a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Remuera, hereinbefore described; thence generally north-westerly along that north-eastern boundary to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and other extensions seaward.

ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Omaru Creek and proceeding southerly along the mean high water mark of the sea and the left bank of the Tamaki River to the middle of Gray Avenue; thence north-westerly along the middle of that avenue and south-westerly along the middle of Massey Road to a point in line with north-eastern boundary of Lot 79, D.P. 54457; thence along a right line to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that lot and Lot 74, D.P. 54457, along the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 60370, and continuing along the south-western boundary of the proposed south-western motorway reserve as shown on S.O. 43493, crossing Bader Drive, Hall Avenue and Walmsley Road, to and along the south-western boundary of the Part Allotment 49 Manurewa Parish as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1970, page 1434, to the Tarata Creek; thence generally north-easterly along the southern shore of that creek and Manukau Harbour to the boundary of the Electoral District of Onehunga, hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Remuera and Tamaki hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the mean high-water mark of the sea and the projection of the south-eastern boundary of Waiomaru Block as shown on D.P. 24411 (near Durers Beach), and proceeding south-westerly to and along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Waihohonu Block to Trig. Station 17, Pukekawa; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station 1307 and a right line towards Trig. Station 1309 to its intersection with the southern boundary of Kiripaka Block; thence westerly along that boundary to the boundary of the Maraetai Parish; thence generally southerly along that parish boundary to the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 39494; thence westerly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 39493, to the middle of Wight Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to Brookby Road; thence south-westerly along a right line to the northern corner of Allotment 64, Papakura Parish, and along another right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 13670; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of that lot and Lot 1, D.P. 13670, Allotment 96, Manurewa Parish, the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 91, Manurewa Parish, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 57733; thence northerly to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Allotments 8 and 7, Pakuranga Parish, and its production to the middle of Saleyards Road; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of that road, Caldwells Road, and Ridge Road to the middle of Tamaki Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road and Botany Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 16417; thence westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the Pakuranga Creek; thence generally westerly, northerly, and easterly following the shores of that creek, the Tamaki River, and the mean high-water mark of the sea to the point of commencement, and including Motukaraka Island.

ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of Great South Road (near Tamaki Bridge) and the Electoral District of Otahuhu, hereinbefore described, and proceeding southerly along the middle of that road, Kolmar Road, St. George Street, Carruth Road and its production to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 44416; thence to and along that boundary to its easternmost corner; thence south-westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 44416, Lots 17, 16, and 15, D.P. 41167, along a right line across part Lot 2, D.P. 20537, to and along the southern boundaries of Lots 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7, D.P. 41167, another right line across part Lot 2, D.P. 20537, and along the southern boundaries of Lots 6, 5, and 4, D.P. 41167, to and south-easterly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 20537, being an area of 7 acres 1 rood, taken for school by Gazette, 1952, page 1469, as shown on S.O.
