ALL that piece bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Gollan Road on its northern end, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Remuera, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally southerly along the middle of Gollan Road, Harding Avenue, Marua Road, Burt Road, and Ellerslie-Panmure Highway, Ferndale Road, Panorama Road, Penrose Road, and Waipuna Road, to the western side of the Auckland Westfield Railway; thence generally southerly along that side to the mean high-water mark on the northern shore of the Manukau Harbour; thence generally westerly along that water mark to a point in line with the middle line of Clifton Road being a point on the eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Roskill hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that boundary and generally north-easterly along the boundary of the Electoral Districts of Eden and Remuera, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and other extensions seaward.
