PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Lucas Morgan Watson, of Ealing, farmer, and Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd., subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 67337 and irrigation agreement No. 409684 and memorandum of mortgage No. 511178, Canterbury Land Registry.
