Declaration that Part of the Sunray Park Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Kaitaia Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Sunray Park Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaitaia, in trust, for recreation purposes.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Tatu Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the Act, and shall hereafter be known as the Tatu Recreation Reserve.
