WANGANUI DISTRICT LICENSING COMMITTEE
ELECTION OF MEMBERS
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, I
give notice that the following members of local authorities
were declared elected as members of the Wanganui District
Licensing Committee at a meeting of electing representatives
held in Wanganui on the 7th day of February 1972:
Andrews, Reginald Percival, Mayor, Wanganui City.
Goodman, Victor Emmanuel, Deputy Mayor, Marton
Borough.
Munro, Walter Ian, Mayor, Taihape Borough.
Scou, James Peter, Councillor, Rangitikei County.
W. E. McCULLOUGH,

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.

ELECTION OF FOUR MEMBERS
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 36 of the Sale of Liquor
Act 1962, I, Ronald Ward, Clerk of the Rangiora Borough
Council, the controlling authority within the Hurunui Licensing
District, hereby declare that the following persons were elected
as members of the Hurunui Licensing Committee at an election
held at Rangiora, on 7 February 1972.
Thomas McGarry Ayers, Kaiapoi Borough Council.
Leslie Ernest Farr, Rangiora Borough Council.
Arthur William Bryce McMillan, Amuri County Council.
Thomas Frederick May, Ashley County Council.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a meeting convened,
pursuant to section 36 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, and
held on the 7th day of February 1972, the following were
declared to be elected members of the Dunedin Licensing
Committee for the ensuing term:

Malcolm, Robert Honeybun,
Ross, John Fergus, and
Weir, Stanley James.
