Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
--
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a
burial ground for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rangi-teaorere and the Maori peoples of the Rotorua district
generally.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to
be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 8 December 1971, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville via
New Plymouth) from the southern boundary of Stratford
Borough to its intersection with Finnerty Road, as more
particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 17391
and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the
resident engineer, Ministry of Works, New Plymouth, and
there available for public inspection, to be a limited access
road.

Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 251—Public
Inquiry into Import Duties Affecting Incubators for Pre-
mature Infants (Tariff Item 90.17.001)

In its report No. 122, of 22 June 1970, to the Minister
of Industries and Commerce, the Tariff and Development
Board recommended that, in view of the need for more time
for the industry to develop, the question of duties in respect
of incubators for premature infants, classified in Tariff item
90.17.001, should be reviewed by the Board not later than
30 June 1972. This recommendation was accepted by Govern-
ment. -
Accordingly, the Board will conduct a public hearing into
the question of import duties affecting incubators for pre-
mature infants, classified in Tariff item 90.17.001, in the
Boardroom, First Floor, Law Society Building, 26 Waring
Taylor Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, 27 June 1972, com-
mencing at 10.30 a.m.
