Notice of Approval of Bylaws—Raglan County Council—
Port Waikato
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950,
the Minister of Marine and Fisheries hereby gives notice that,
with respect to the waters and foreshores at Port Waikato, he
approves the Raglan County Council Bylaws 1971, made by
the Raglan County Council, by special order and passed at a
special meeting held on Monday, 20 December 1971, and
confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Council on Monday,
24 January 1972.

Amendment of Licence Authorising Sunshine Bay Development
Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Boat Launching Ramp,
Lake Wakatipu
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 16
December 1968*, granted to Sunshine Bay Development Ltd. to
use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Picnic Bay
for a jetty and boat launching ramp is hereby amended by
deleting the word “Picnic” and substituting the word
“Sunshine”.
