Declaring Land Taken for Road and for a Sewage Treatment Works in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, County of Waitemata

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sewage treatment works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata from and after the 21st day of February 1972.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967 in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, vesting in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand the full and free right, liberty, licence and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right of the Corporation’s servants, agents, workmen, and invitees from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals, vehicles, or machinery over the said right of way and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the Kapuni Gas Line for cathodic protection from and after the 21st day of February 1972.
