Boards Act 1925, in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District,
in the City of Lower Hutt
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an
easement for drainage purposes over that part 6 ft wide as
shown on the plan drawn on certificate of title, Volume 500,
folio 107, Wellington Land Registry, for the purposes of the
Electric Power Boards Act 1925, and the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an
easement for drainage purposes of that part 6 ft wide as shown
coloured blue on the plan on certificate of title, Volume 500,
folio 108, Wellington Land Registry, for the purposes of the
Electric Power Boards Act 1925, and that the said pieces of
land shall vest in the Hutt Valley Electric Power and Gas
