Declaring Land Acquired for the Orepuki-Waiau Railway and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 21st day of February 1972.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 21st day of February 1972. And the notice dated the 5th day of October 1970, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 8 October 1970, No. 61, page 1817, is hereby revoked.
