Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work (Fairlie Branch Railway) Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 21st day of February 1972.

Situated in Block VI, Pareora Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 13078, Sheet 15 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Dated at Wellington this 11th day of February 1972.
