as honorary beach ranger* for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950, and as honorary harbourmaster† for the waters of Kawakawa Bay, inside a right line drawn from Orakau Point, Block VI, Wairoa Survey District, the appointment to take effect from 1 December 1966.
