PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of June
1969, at page 1305, taking land for road and for the
use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in so far as it
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land
being no longer required.
