IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of T. I. SKUDDER LIMITED:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
12th day of January 1972, presented to the said Court by the
COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE, Wellington. And that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Gisborne on Friday, the 18th day of February 1972,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel to that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for an order that the
above-named IRK BUILDINGS LIMITED may be wound up by
the Court under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955,
or such other order as shall be just, was presented to the
Supreme Court on the 28th day of January 1972 by WEBB
STARK & Co. (a firm), of Invercargill, Chartered Accountants,
and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Christchurch on Friday, the 25th day of
February 1972, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition shall be furnished

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the Schedule hereto for harbour works, namely, a cargo
handling area; and notice is further hereby given that the plan
of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices
of the Northland Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei, and
is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the
execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any objections to the execution of
the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not
being objections to the amount or payment of compensation,
set forth the same in writing and send the written objection
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the
Secretary of the Northland Harbour Board, and that, if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Helensville Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to
execute a certain public work, being the construction and use
of works for the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage
for the district of the Helensville Borough Council, and,
for the purpose of such public work, the fee simple estate in
the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be
taken. And notice is hereby further given that plans of the
land in respect of which the interest above-described is so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Helensville Borough Council, Commercial Road, Helensville,
and at the offices of the Borough’s Solicitors, Messrs Butler,
White, and Hanna, Seventh Floor, N.Z. Insurance Building,
Queen Street, Auckland, and are available for public inspection
without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to
the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the
said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Helensville
Borough Council, Commercial Road, Helensville. If any
objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be
held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector
will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Secondly: 7 acres 1 rood 13.6 perches being part Tungo-
tungou Block; shown yellow, edged yellow, on S.O. Plan
47244.
Thirdly: 39.7 perches being part Tungotungou Block; shown
yellow on S.O. Plan 47244.
Fourthly: 1 rood and 10.9 perches being part Tungotungou
Block; shown yellow on S.O. Plan 47244.
Fifthly: 1 acre and 13 perches being part old bed of Kaipara
River; shown sepia, edged sepia, on S.O. Plan 47244.
Sixthly: 10 acres 1 rood 8.0 perches being part of old bed
of Kaipara River; shown sepia, edged sepia, on S.O. Plan
47244.
The land described firstly to fourthly above (inclusive) is
part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 910,
folio 286.
All the land being situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey
District, in the County of Waitemata, and being adjacent to
and adjoining the Helensville-Waiwera Main Highway No. 842
and the Kaipara River.
