Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, in the Borough of Putaruru and in the County of Matamata

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school, from and after the 14th day of February 1972.

S. 10038, to the fencing covenant contained in Lease S. 382570 and subject also as to Lot 4, D.P. S. 10038, to the fencing covenant contained in Lease S. 376163, South Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government (Ministry of Works Staff Accommodation) from and after the 14th day of February 1972.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to and together with the private right of road 50 links wide along the south-western boundary of Horowhenua 3E2, Sections 1A and 1C, created by Maori Land Court Orders Nos. 2918 and 2919, for agricultural purposes (horticultural research centre) from and after the 14th day of February 1972.
