Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting
place for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rere.

District, and described as follows:

The Motor Launch (Duder's Beach) Notice 1972-Manukau
City Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I hereby
give the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch
(Duder's Beach) Notice 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the Gazette. - Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule
hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described
in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water at Duder's Beach in the Hauraki Gulf
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 200 yd apart extending
in a 61° direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, with
the southern boundary commencing at a point 3 chains in a
northerly direction from the northernmost corner of Section
3B, Maraetai Subdivision, Block II, Wairoa Survey District.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE access lane shall be marked as follows:
1.Two 8 ft transit posts with a distance of not less than
10 ft or more than 20 ft between and painted with 12 in.
bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land in
line with each side of the access lane, the first post being
sited on high-water mark.
2.On each side of the transit posts sited on high-water
mark there shall be fastened in line with the sides of the
access lane a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in.
by 2 ft painted bright orange with black lettering in the
following form:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor launches
and water skiers may pass at speeds greater
than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT" - Marker buoys, either barrel, drum, or spherical shaped,
painted bright orange with a vertical black stripe, shall be
moored 50 yd apart and in line with each set of transit posts,
the first buoy being 50 yd from the water's edge.

The Motor Launch (Lake Roxburgh) Notice 1972-Alexandra
Lakeside Domain Board
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, I hereby
give the following notice: - (a) This noice may be cited as the Motor Launch
(Lake Roxburgh) Notice 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the Gazette. - Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule
hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described
in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Lake Roxburgh between the Alexandra Bridge and a point 25 chains upstream.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ON the northern river bank at each end of the area defined
in the First Schedule hereto there shall be placed a notice
board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft painted bright
orange with black lettering in the following form:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
There is no speed restriction for motor
launches and water skiers using all that area
of water in Lake Roxburgh between the
Alexandra Bridge and a point 25 chains upstream."

Motor Launch Regulations (1962/180)

Amending Foreshore Licence for Boatshed and Slipway at
Hina Hina
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry of Transport,
acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport
pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives
notice that the licence granted to Eric Samuel David Burke,
Bruce Henry Jaggar, Bruce Dunbar Grant, Leo Russell
Burrow, Keith William George Vial, Lloyd Arthur Hook,
Curtis Philip Capon, and Roger Frederick James on 23 October 1963 and amended on 20 February 1964† to use and
occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Hina Hina
is hereby further amended by deleting the names of the abovementioned licensees and substituting the following expression:
"John Page Richardson and John Douglas Gray acting as
trustees for the Owaka Yacht Club (Inc.) for the purpose of
this licence."
