Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs
Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

The Traffic (Coromandel County) Notice No. 1, 1972
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Coromandel County) Notice No. 1, 1972.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 1st day of December in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Coromandel County at Hahei Beach:
Dawn Avenue.
Hahei Beach Road (from a point 6 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from Tutaritari Road to the northern end of Hahei Beach Road).
Harsant Avenue.
Pa Road (from a point 4 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from Wigmore Crescent to the eastern end of Pa Road).
Tutaritari Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Matamata Borough:
No. 27 State highway (Mangatarata-Tirau) (from a point 5 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Gladstone Road to a point 3 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Broadway).
Waharoa East Road (from Broadway to the northern boundary of Matamata Borough).

The Traffic (Birkenhead) Borough Notice 1972
Pursuant to subclause 5 of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Birkenhead Borough) Notice 1972.
- The Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights at the places described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of regulation 18, subclause (4) of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Birkenhead Borough on Mokoia Road at the Birkenhead Fire Station at the points indicated on the plan T.T. 4038 deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.

The Traffic (Matamata Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
- So much of the Traffic (Matamata Borough) Notice No. 1, 1965t, dated the 25th day of August 1965, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to Matamata Borough, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Matamata Borough: No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata-Tirau) (from the northern boundary of Matamata Borough to a point 3 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Broadway).
Waharoa East Road (from Broadway to the northern boundary of Matamata Borough).
The Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice 1972
Pursuant to subclause 5 of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice 1972.
- The Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights at the places described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of regulation 18, subclause (4) of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Takapuna City on Killarney Street at the Takapuna City Fire Station at the points indicated on the plan T.T. 4039 deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.
