Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block I, Waitoa Survey District, and Block XIII, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and that the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hauraki Plains from and after the 22nd day of December 1972.
