Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Blocks XI and XV, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed vest in Albert Augustus Steffens, of Tarewa, sheepfarmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 107937, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 201, held by Gordon Frank Bidlake, of Greenmeadows, builder, and Violet Ann Bidlake, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 221511, recorded in register book, Volume 64, folio 28, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 268, held by Margaret Olive Benton, of Morere, widow, and Leigh Joblin, of Wairoa, farmer, as executors, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 162429, recorded in register book, Volume 8, folio 124, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby closed; also hereby takes the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declares that such land shall, when so taken, vest in Albert Augustus Steffens, of Tarewa, sheep farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 107937, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
