Flight Lieutenant Delwyn Ross Linkhorn is transferred to
the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of 4 years with
effect from 20 October 1972.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints
George Hamish Ormond Wilson,
The Mayor of Palmerston North or any person appointed
in his behalf, ex-officio, and
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington Land
District, ex-officio
to be a special board by the name of the Mount Lees Reserve
Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve
for a public park and shall have the powers vested in an
administering body under section 32 of the said Act.
