of a Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a

County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maurice John
Rogers, of Papakura, farmer, Rodney Noel Nicholson, of
Patetonga, farmer, and Rex Desmond Nicholson, of Morrins-
vile, motor mechanic, as executors, under and by virtue of
lease in perpetuity No. L.P. 1902, recorded in Volume 724,
folio 222, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken (a)
as to the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the
purposes of a road, and (b) as to the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a road, from and after the 18th day of December 1972.
