PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, which, when so closed, shall vest in Omana Farms Limited, at Auckland, together with a right created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 306110, North Auckland Land Registry, to enter into and upon and to use the lakes on the land in certificate of title, Volume 679, folio 51, and subject to Gazette notice A187922, North Auckland Land Registry, declaring land to be a water area (Crosland Farm Settlement) for the purposes of section 50 of the Land Act 1948.
