Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of Seaward Downs Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Seaward Downs Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Seaward Downs Scenic Board.

Amendment to Declaration by Minister of Labour

THE declaration by the Minister of Labour pursuant to section 7 of the Seamen’s Union Funds Act 1971 dated the 29th day of February 1972 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, of Thursday, the 9th day of March 1972, at p. 492, is hereby amended by deleting the word “organisation” in paragraph (b) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the word “Union”.
