A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th
day of December 1972.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 9.5 perches situated in
Block X, Swinburn Survey District, Otago R.D., being part
Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 26185 (S.O. 16534) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
28th day of November 1972.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road, and I declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of
December 1972.

ALL that piece of land containing 15.1 perches situated in
Block II, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District,
Otago R.D., being part Lot 14, Deeds Plan 118, being part
Section 3 of 37; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 25947 (S.O. 17143) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Auckland
Regional Authority, as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 11th day of December 1972.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31 acres 2 roods 2 perches
situated in the City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and
being part land in D.P. 16361 and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P.
24279. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 26687 (S.O. 47245) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
