Corporation Act 1967 in Block I, Koitiata Survey District,
Rangitikei County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the

Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the
Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the

created by transfer 51588, South Auckland Land Registry, for
soil conservation and river control purposes from and after
the 13th day of December 1971; and (b) further declares the
land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land for the
purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of
December 1971, subject to the said mining rights.
