County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the
road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the
road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule, when
so closed, shall vest in John Joseph Thomson, of Allanton,
farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 145286 and
255418, Otago Land Registry.
