A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in the roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 4th day of October 1961 to be road.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of October 1971 and published in Gazette, 29 October 1971, Volume III, page 2229, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 538814, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for street approaches to the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Sunnyvale to the Purposes of Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Waitemata County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
