CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 9th day of November 1971, published in Gazette, 18 November 1971, No. 90, page 2565, declaring reservation of Section 23, Block XI, Linkwater Survey District, to form part of the Grove Arm Domain, for the area of land containing 2 roods and 0.02 perches described in the Schedule, read 2 roods and 2 perches, which latter area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of December 1971.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 17 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, City of Tauranga, being part Hairini 2C Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25368 (S.O. 45577) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of November 1971.

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a transformer station and shall vest in the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of December 1971.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 23.8 perches situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Section 30, Te Araroa Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25696 (S.O. 6082) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of November 1971.
