AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDERS

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) as a special loan to be known as Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 18, 1968, $2,000,000—Third Issue $1,000,000, for the purposes of an incidental to the upgrading of the northern and western transmission mains of the bulk water supply system.

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose and held on 20 September 1971 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 15 November 1971, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 23 October and 13 November 1971.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:

Otago District—W. A. Baylis being the only candidate, I declare him duly elected.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
