PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

The Otago Central Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1965, Amendment No. 3

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby makes the following amendments to the Otago Central Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1965 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal order") as granted and amended by the Orders in Council specified in the Schedule hereto:

(1) Clause (2) of the principal order is hereby amended by adding after the words "First Schedule hereto" the words "and also to construct, put up, place, and use the electric line specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto".

(2) The principal order is hereby further amended by adding after the Third Schedule thereto the following:

"FOURTH SCHEDULE

"ELECTRIC LINE

"A line commencing from the Otago Central Electric Power Board's eastern boundary and proceeding in an easterly direction to its termination in Section 9S, Block 7, Blackstone Survey District; the said line being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 838 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

The Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 2, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 2, 1971.

2. The roads and area specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 9th day of July 1969† which relates to Paparua County, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Paparua County:
