NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR REALIGNMENT OF
PAPAITI ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given by the Waitotara County Council that
it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the
Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a
plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for
inspection at the office of the Council, at the address set out
below during ordinary business hours, and that every person
affected by the taking of the said pieces of land should set
forth in writing any objection he may wish to make, not being
an objection to the amount of compensation payable, and send
the written objection within 40 days from the first publication
of this notice to the County Clerk, Waitotara County Council,
Council Chambers, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, and that if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hear-
ing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.
