Building, corner Lambton Quay and Woodward Street, Wellington. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 1st day of December 1971, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Counties Act 1956, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1920:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of waterworks for the supply of pure water for the use of the inhabitants of the Hutt County Council or some part thereof and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk to the said Council situate in Bowen House, Bowen Street, Wellington, and also in the office of the Council at Lombard Buildings, McLean Street, Paraparaumu Beach, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Hutt County Council, Bowen House, Bowen Street, Wellington. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land situated in the County of Hutt:

Firstly, containing 10 acres 3 roods 21 perches, more or less, situate in Block X of the Kaitawa Survey District being part Ngarara West C23 and being also Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 28206 and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, No. F2/1023 (Wellington Registry).

Secondly, containing 11 acres 3 roods 26 perches, more or less, situate in Block X of the Kaitawa Survey District being part Ngarara West C23 and being also Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 28206 and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, No. F2/1024 (Wellington Registry).

Thirdly, containing 10 acres 3 roods 27 perches, more or less, situate in Block X of the Kaitawa Survey District being part Ngarara West C23 and being also Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 28206 and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, No. F2/1025 (Wellington Registry).

The said pieces of land are situated adjacent to the Upper Hutt to Waikanae Highway commonly known as Akatarawa Road being 1 mile to the east of the intersection of State Highway No. 1 and Akatarawa Road at Waikanae.

HIKURANGI TOWN COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Hikurangi Town Council proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of an access road to the proposed water treatment plant, and for this purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. A plan of this land is deposited in the Council Office, 1 Alfred Street, Hikurangi, and is open for inspection without fee, during ordinary office hours. Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, who has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount of or payment of
