Notice of Result of Poll
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the
Otama Rural Water Supply Special Rating Area, taken by
postal vote on 4 November 1971, on the proposal of the above-
named local authority to raise a loan of $47,000 to be known
as the Otama Rural Water Supply Loan for the purpose of
providing high-pressure water for stock watering and domestic
purposes, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was ..... 150
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 78
The number of informal votes was 2
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
