RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 18, 1971, $17,800

THAT, whereas the sum of $20,000, borrowed by the Waitemata County Council under the Land Purchase Loan 1965, $200,000, is due and payable on 24 January 1972, and whereas the sum of $17,700 is required to pay for the said loan, the Waitemata County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, hereby resolves:

(a) To borrow the sum of $17,800 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.

(b) That the sum of $17,800 shall be payable on the 1st day of January 1996 or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.

(c) That for the purpose of providing interest, principal, and other charges on the Redemption Loan No. 18, 1971, the said Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0014c in the dollar on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the County of Waitemata, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate through the currency of the loan and payable yearly on the 1st day of June each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 24 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

THAT, whereas the sum of $22,800, borrowed by the Waitemata County Council under the Public Conveniences Loan 1965, $114,000, is due and payable on 24 January 1972, and whereas the sum of $18,100 is required to pay for the said loan, the Waitemata County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, hereby resolves:

(a) To borrow the sum of $18,100 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.

(b) That the sum of $18,100 shall be payable on the 1st day of January 1986 or such earlier date as may be determined by Council.

(a) To borrow the sum of $10,700 for the purpose of repaying the said loan.
