Section 35, Block I, Waihou Survey District; thence northerly
along that boundary to the south-western corner of Lot 1,
D.P. S. 1617; thence northerly along the western boundary of
another Part Lot 2 of Section 35 aforesaid (Secondary School,
New Zealand Gazette, 1965, p. 1851) and its production to a
point in line with the southern boundary of the drainage ease-
ment adjoining the southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 16803, as
shown on S.O. Plan 37722; thence westerly to and along the
southern boundary of that drainage easement to the eastern
boundary of Part Section 35, Block I, Waihou Survey District,
as shown on D.P. 18177; thence southerly, westerly, and
northerly along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries
of that Part Section 35 to the southern boundary of another

roadside and its production to the left bank of the Puhanga
Canal; thence generally northerly along that left bank and the
left bank of the Piako River to the point of commencement.

NGATEA-PIPIROA CENTRAL SUBDIVISION

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, in Hauraki
Plains County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on
the left bank of the Piako River in line with the southern
boundary of Part Section 63, Block 1, Waihou Survey District,
and proceeding westerly to and along that boundary and the
southern boundary of Part Section 64, Block I, aforesaid, and
generally north-westerly along the generally south-western
boundaries of Part Sections 64 and 27, Block I, aforesaid to
the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 4137; thence south-
westerly along the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
S. 4137, and its production to the middle of No. 2 State High-
way; thence north-westerly along the middle line of No. 2
State Highway to its intersection with the middle line of
Rawe Rawe Road; thence south-westerly along that middle
line to a point in line with the north-eastern side of Pouaruia
Road; thence north-westerly to and along that roadside and
its production to the middle of Hopai Road; thence north-
easterly along the middle line of that road and its production
to the left bank of the Piako River; thence generally southerly
along that bank to the point of commencement.

Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Govern-
ment in the Borough of Mount Maunganui

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for buildings of the general
Government from and after the 15th day of November 1971.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 23.9 perches
situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Section
29, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, as shown on a plan
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as
S.O. 44719, and thereon edged red.

Dated at Wellington this 19th day of October 1971.
