For each additional 15 miles or fraction thereof beyond 690 miles add 35 cents.

Handling and Tallying:

The department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying to be performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, or tallying is performed by the department, charges as per section 122 will apply.

The charges in paragraph 3 of this section, with loading and/or unloading charges added, shall not be greater than when computed at Class D rate.
Hay, Straw and Chaff
Hay and straw (baled) and chaff will be charged at the wagon rates specified in paragraph 2 hereof, or on actual weight at class E plus 50% whichever is cheaper.
(a) Rates per wagon (owners to load and unload) will be charged as follows:

(i) Per four wheeled wagon not otherwise specified ... at the rates specified in sub-paragraph (b) hereof.

(ii) Per Kc, Kr, Ks, Lc, Xc or Xr wagon ... at the rates specified in sub-paragraph (b) hereof increased by 25%.
