IN NEW ZEALAND

PURSUANT to section 405 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that Nichimen Co. (A.N.Z.) Pty. Ltd., being an overseas company with a place of business at Auckland, New Zealand, has ceased to have a place of business in New Zealand and it intends on the expiration of 3 months after the first publication of this notice, to give notice to this effect to the Registrar of Companies.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities, enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely for housing purposes in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, and is there open for inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to amount or payment of compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at his said office, and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

ALL that parcel of land containing thirty-one decimal six perches (31.6p.), being part Lot 24, D.P. 28291, and being part Sections 31 and 45, Paparangi Settlement, and being also part of the land in certificate of title, Volume F3, folio 771, and situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 28093, and thereon coloured sepia.

PUTARURU BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Putaruru Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit the construction of a service lane for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid, lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council, in Overdale Street, Putaruru.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount of payment of compensation and to send such written objection to the Putaruru Borough Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely the construction of a road; and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be stopped and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road. And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken and of the portion of road required to be stopped are deposited at the offices of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, and is there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land or to the stopping of the said road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Council; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
