The Traffic (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1971.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 11th day of February 1963†, which relates to Tangiteroria in Hobson County, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1971

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1971.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

4. The Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 6th day of July 1970 under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, which relates to Kawerau Borough, is hereby revoked.
